Responsibilities:
- Initiate, develop and manage strong partnerships with key stakeholders within the organization. Specifically, coordinate with sales leadership and product management to define sales support initiatives with the goal to arm the sales team with the necessary tools to effectively and successfully engage our target buyers
- Collaborate and act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure that we are constantly delivering consistent, up to date and relevant messages to our field organization
- In conjunction with marketing and product development, create and maintain written content such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and other custom work needed to educate the sales teams on how to advance deals through the pipeline
- Maintain candidate records, feedback and reporting of activity.
- Design, deliver and maintain a comprehensive sales training roadmap. Ensure the curriculum covers market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes and systems, sales methodology, manager, coaching, sales tools and skills training.
This should encompass:
- Onboarding of new hires
- Ongoing product training
- New product launches (go to market strategy)
- Design, deliver, evaluate and maintain effective training programs on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials. Help to manage the sales enablement content repository in alignment with product and marketing and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
